Q. Can I take rocks, plants or flowers from a park? What about fossils?


You are prohibited from taking rocks, flowers, plants, fossils, and historical artifacts from Alaska State Parks. Q. Can I use a metal detector in state parks?


No, you may not use a metal detector in a state park.
